Room in Valparaiso, location and panoramic view, March through December, offers non-smoking residence 5 students in a pleasant, family life, orderly environment and non-smokers, with 3 single rooms available now. For those wishing to reside in the city of Valparaiso Center in a safe, comfortable, home with a friendly, cosy, nice and quiet atmosphere.
All expenses included, kitchen, washroom with washing machine, living room and panoramic communal terrace.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright, like new, furnished and decorated to provide a comfortable living and quality to our guests national students or foreign. It is a furnished bedroom (account with high speed Internet, TV cable, bed (3 blankets + 3 pillows and bedspread), watchman with chest of drawers + lamp, 2 spacious closet, desk + chair + lamp, curtains), bathroom private endowed \ shared (with sink, toilet, tub with hot and cold water shower, curtain, soap-holder and holder shampoo, mirror, large Kit, dump). All parts have a wonderful view over the entire Bay, from Con-Con port.
Guests have access to all common areas such as: living room and terrace, kitchen and lodge - washing machine.
Services: High speed Internet, TV cable, electricity, hot and cold water, Gas and expenses including common bienen (not paid extra), the building has 4 lifts, reception 24 hours, where there is a charge on the door always, terrace surrounding the building (5th floor) with swimming pool, barbecue, room for meetings and events, 2 parking for residents and guests also space to leave bicycles, 2 cellars.
The Department;
It is a nice site with fantastic views of the Bay, where you can observe port and Viña del Mar, Reñaca, Con-Con from the terraces. It is a floor of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, where we are renting 3 of them with 2 bathrooms, oriented towards the North-West of the building. We have 2 kitchens and a large living room's parquet floor.
Guests have access to all common areas such as: living-dining room and terrace, kitchen and lodge - laundry building with Prime location in the Centre, is located very near the University of Valparaiso, Duoc UC, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. In addition we are within walking distance of 3 supermarkets and recreation centers public, restaurants, banks, etc...

Currently are a family of 4 people that we deal with the wing Department East 2 adults (couple) and 2 young (children) students from 19 to 20 years, it is likely that most of the time adults are not in the Department since we come from the South of Chile and it would only be a floor for students.
Our home is characterized by offering a homely atmosphere, where is respect for people and the spaces of the House. We know what means to be away from the family for a long time and the important thing is to know that there is someone waiting for you at home, either to share a cup of tea or just to talk.
It is important to mention that we deliver a quality service and comfort to guests, with 3 rooms which can be inhabited, providing privacy and comfort they need.
